She currently holds a 26k+ network connection serving Cima Staffing. Her unparalleled expertise in IT Talent Acquisition has seasoned sourcing and recruiting abilities for over 15 years. Her passion is to build company cultures and fuel team synergy. Alejandra has built her experience working on local, regional, and global projects finding specific profiles in every corner of the globe.

Jack of all trades, Paula’s career has taken her through many different roles: from project manager to Scrum Master to Agile Coach to account & operations director in IT companies. For over 8 years, she directed the strategy and quality of many digital products, ran the P&L for business units as well and conducted client satisfaction strategies.

She has also built remote teams for IT companies from the ground up, running Argentina and India-based teams that worked for US, Latin America, and European clients, Paula has been able to navigate through many different cultures always finding the best ways to connect them.
