About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that combines executive support, VIP stakeholder management, and sales & marketing operations — requiring someone who can seamlessly shift from drafting a board communication to managing a complex sales pipeline.
You will act as a force multiplier for our executives, ensuring the right things get done, the right people are informed, and the company’s most important relationships are handled with care and precision. Given the nature of our stakeholder network — which includes C-level executives at major organizations, Board of Advisors members, and enterprise customers — impeccable written English and sound judgment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Executive Support
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership, managing priorities, communications, and follow-through on key initiatives
- Draft and review high-stakes written communications on behalf of executives, ensuring the right tone and precision at all times
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and executive summaries for Board and C-level interactions
- Identify gaps, anticipate needs, and proactively drive decisions forward without being asked
VIP Stakeholder Management
- Own the coordination and communication with Board of Advisors members, ensuring timely and professional engagement
- Serve as a key liaison with C-level customers and prospective customers, representing the company with the highest level of polish and discretion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team
Sales & Marketing Operations
- Support sales operations including pipeline coordination, CRM hygiene, follow-up tracking, and preparation of materials for enterprise deals
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives targeting senior-level audiences
- Generate reports and dashboards to keep leadership informed on key commercial metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, or senior business operations role — ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Outstanding written English communication skills — you will regularly correspond with C-suite executives at major companies on behalf of leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience supporting executive teams and managing sensitive external relationships with full discretion
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
- Strategic thinker who can connect the dots across functions and keep leadership focused on what matters most
- Self-directed and proactive — you operate with minimal supervision and high accountability

- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Experience managing Board of Advisors or investor relations workflows
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
