Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 5–8+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integration patterns, and modern application frameworks.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with security best practices, architectural governance, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a developer-centric, startup-like environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the retail industry/e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end experience (Awareness, consideration, purchase, retention)
• Experience working with Node.js, React, Next.js.
• Experience working with edge technologies, like CDN/caching and WAF.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with network ACLs and security groups.
• Experience in source code management, using Git and Gitflow.
• Experience in using and knowledge of Web services and APIs.
• Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools.
