Delivery Manager / Business Analyst
Authoring detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development cycles. Facilitating regular backlog refinement sessions to ensure task clarity and priority alignment. Leading requirement discovery workshops to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications. Orchestrating and executing core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder Management Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders across the business — from day-one discovery all the way through delivery. Proactively identifying misalignments early and driving consensus before they become blockers. Acting as the connective tissue between business goals and delivery execution, ensuring everyone from product owners to engineering leads is rowing in the same direction. Comfortable owning the conversation in the room, whether that’s a working session with developers or a strategic review with C-suite leadership.
Leadership & Ownership Taking full end-to-end ownership of delivery outcomes — not just tracking progress, but actively removing friction, unblocking teams, and making calls when it matters. Leading with urgency and purpose in a fast-moving e-commerce environment where priorities shift and speed wins. Championing a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across every sprint and every team interaction.
Experience working with a team within agile & waterfall methodologies. Able to communicate progress, blockers, impediments, and talk to all levels of the organization (devs → leadership). Experience with e-commerce product teams. Brings genuine curiosity and a bias for action when picking up new technologies, frameworks, and delivery methods. Performs tasks with little supervision and is self-motivated and self-directed. Thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball.
