How we do it

We meet with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders to determine and build the right job description and candidate profile for the opening. At this point, we will focus on cultural fit as well as expertise and experience.
Active search
Our team will identify and list out the most suitable candidates for our client’s review.
Interviewing and filtering
We gather the most suitable profiles, check their references and prepare a report with our findings to help coordinate interviews.
Selection and making the offer
After the interview process is concluded, we help in the selection of a candidate, structure, and negotiate the offer.
Onboarding
Our mission doesn’t end just yet, we help both the company and the candidate during the transition along with the HR department and the hiring managers.
Follow up
After each effective hire we do check-ins to make sure the transition was successful.
