ACCOUNTING ANALYST
ABOUT US
We are a cybersecurity company with over 20 years of experience protecting organizations in the US. As we continue to grow — welcoming new clients every month — we’re building out our internal team to match our momentum. We’re a collaborative, fast-moving environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes.
THE ROLE
- Available to work from Maschwitz office 1–2 days per week
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Background working with US accounting
We’re looking for an energetic, well-rounded Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and work directly alongside our Head of Accounting. This is a hands-on role with broad visibility across the organization: you’ll interact with many internal teams, support cross-functional projects, and even assist with HR-related tasks. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love finding smarter ways to get things done, you’ll fit right in.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes end-to-end
- Manage collections: send payment reminders to customers and follow up consistently
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, tables, and summaries using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Research and implement solutions to accounting challenges as they arise
- Identify and drive opportunities to automate tax processes and routine tasks
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting on day-to-day operations and strategic projects
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments and provide support on cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven accounting experience with a solid, well-rounded foundation across AR, AP, and collections
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (reports, pivot tables, formulas)
- A natural problem-solver who digs into issues, finds answers, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Experience with or strong interest in tax automation and process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills — you enjoy collaborating with people at all levels of an organization
- Detail-oriented with high energy and a positive, can-do attitude
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting HR processes or working in a generalist finance capacity
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools
WHAT WE OFFER
- A seat at the table: you’ll work directly with leadership and have real impact from day one
- Hybrid flexibility — work mostly remotely, with twice a week in-office collaboration
- A stable, established company (20+ years) that still moves with the energy of a growth-stage team
