Candidate profile

• Very good analytical and communication skills
• English level: advanced 

Key Responsibilities

1) Performance management

• Track KPIs of the company and report them to CEO and management team
• Align findings in advance with general managers and identify lagging and priority KPIs
• Oversee ad hoc analyses and liaise with product function business analysts
• Organize agenda, follow up on action points and disseminate MoM for product KPI performance, company plan meetings

2) Definability Management

• Identify local and global experts to have monthly/bi-monthly calls to scout all 4Ps or strategy initiatives
• Subscribe in industry newsletters, social media pages, google alerts etc to get timely initiatives in the industry
• Conduct a competitive benchmarking monthly meeting for product and commercial managers to share latest industry movements

3) Special Projects

• Work on special deep dive projects assigned to you by CEO
