Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and influential Chief Business Officer to lead our commercial strategies, expand our network, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry presence, a robust network within the beauty sector, and a proven track record of successfully scaling beauty brands or launching new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall business strategy to achieve rapid growth and successful market entry
• Utilize existing industry relationships and build new strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and collaborations
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams to meet revenue and growth targets
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments
• Collaborate with the CEO and product development teams to align business objectives with product launches and branding strategies
• Monitor industry trends and maintain a competitive edge
• Drive revenue growth and scale operations efficiently

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the beauty industry, ideally in senior leadership roles such as Chief Business Officer or similar
• Well-established network within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care sectors in Mexico and internationally
• Proven success in launching, scaling, or expanding beauty brands
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
