Manual QA Analyst
We’re looking for a manual QA analyst to work on our existing website and back office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Perform detailed manual testing on software, hardware, or systems to ensure functionality, usability, and overall product quality.
- Test Planning: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications and business requirements.
- Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and detailed manner using issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure test requirements are met and defects are resolved in a timely manner.
- Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Test Case Documentation: Write, update, and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test results, and test coverage reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes and quality standards, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
- Product Verification: Participate in product verification processes to ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards before release.
- Root Cause Analysis: Assist in root cause analysis of defects and suggest improvements to development and quality processes.
- Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior quality engineers and new team members when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, ideally in a semi-senior or similar role.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and testing tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN) is advantageous.
- Experience in different types of testing : integration testing, website/mobile testing, functional/smoke and regression testing. It will be a plus to have some experience on performance and stress testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and an ability to detect defects and inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and self-management.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in working with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and related testing tools.
- Familiarity with performance, load, and security testing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
