Mobile App Designer

The role will serve as a key position for the technical division of a financial services advisory and strategic investing platform. This division sits at the center of various businesses and client service offerings. The centralized system is currently under construction.

Position Summary

As the main designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our mobile app. Working closely with the team, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our product and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

1. Mobile App Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for our iOS mobile app, ensuring a seamless and premium user experience.
2. User-Centric Design: Gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring that our app meets the needs and expectations of our target audience.
3. UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to best practices in mobile UI/UX design, with a strong focus on iOS guidelines.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to translate product requirements and user stories into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
5. Product Strategy: Participate in product discussions, providing design expertise to help shape the overall product strategy and roadmap.
6. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and users and iterate on designs accordingly to continuously improve the user experience.
7. Documentation: Prepare design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development, ensuring design consistency throughout the development process.

Qualifications

1. Proven Mobile App Design Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your mobile app design work, with a focus on iOS apps.
2. UI/UX Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
3. Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
4. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions effectively, and incorporate feedback.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to tackle complex design challenges.
6. Product Mindset: A deep understanding of the product development process and the ability to contribute to product strategy discussions.
7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
