We’re seeking a Product Designer to lead mobile UX across both iOS and Android, crafting seamless, intelligent, and adaptive experiences for our early users.

What You’ll Do

• Design the Multi-Platform Mobile Experience: Lead design for both iOS and Android, ensuring each feels native yet unified in overall UX and visual identity.
• Build UX for Invisible Logic: Translate AI-driven decisions into interfaces that are transparent, trustable, and frictionless—without overwhelming users with complexity.
• Enable Workflow-Aware Design: Think beyond single-app usage. Design interactions that integrate across user workflows, whether it’s email, messaging, calls, docs, or task managers.
• Design as Systems Thinking: Build a scalable mobile design system that balances consistency, modularity, and flexibility across contexts and behaviors.
• Partner with the Founder: Collaborate closely on product vision, contribute to feature scoping, and help define our interaction philosophy from the ground up.
• Prototype, Test, Learn: Use low and high-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas, refine flows, and improve usability based on feedback from early users.
• Shape New Habits: Design nudges and UX patterns that help users adopt better scheduling behaviors over time—without cognitive overload.

What We’re Looking For

• Cross-Platform Mobile Design Portfolio: You’ve designed and shipped apps on both iOS and Android. You understand platform conventions but aren’t bound by them.
• UX for Systems & AI: Experience designing complex decision flows, rule-based systems, or products with automation, recommendations, or personalization.
• Workflow Fluency: You understand how users operate across tools—and how to design bridges between systems, not silos.
• Craft + Strategic Thinking: Your work is elegant, but purposeful. You’re comfortable in both visual polish and product architecture.
• Figma Native: You’re fast, precise, and organized in Figma (or similar tools), and can deliver dev-ready assets, specs, and responsive components.
• Startup-Ready: You thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and care more about impact than perfection.
• Collaborative + Articulate: You communicate design decisions with clarity and can justify tradeoffs across user, tech, and business needs.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI-first products, especially in decision support, time management, or personal optimization.
• Designed workflow-level or app-agnostic tools (e.g. launchers, operating systems, productivity layers).
• Familiarity with habit formation or behavioral design.
• Understanding of natural language interfaces or intent modeling.
