Product Manager (Barcelona)

Location: Barcelona, ​​Spain (100% in person)

We are an innovative startup dedicated to developing an artificial intelligence personal assistant, focused on improving the productivity and efficiency of our users through advanced scheduling solutions. We seek a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with CTO in the creation and improvement of workflows.
  Translate the product vision to effective execution, ensuring that agile and efficient solutions are implemented.
• Work closely with the engineering team to develop functionalities and features of the personal assistant.
• Use management tools such as Jira, HubSpot, and Notion to track tasks and projects, ensuring fluid communication between teams.
• Facilitate the Scrum process from start to finish, organizing meetings, planning, or presentations for investors (VCs).
• Manage the product part, as well as establish and analyze KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in startups.
• Proven experience in project management and teamwork.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to hand off tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• High adaptability and understanding of life in a rapidly growing environment.
