Head of Segment – Director of Product

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product/segment strategy and roadmap informed by on research, data analytics, and benchmarking,
  • Determining key performance indicators for product/segment and define  reporting and performance measurement mechanisms
  • Define go-to-market strategy and oversee implementation
  • Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve performance
  • Build best practices and ideation network to get knowledge a disseminate them to operational teams
  • Set measure and control comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Oversee and project manage strategic projects between departments to ensure delivery of Quarterly KPIs

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting
  • Previous experience in product management or other commercial functions in a consumer tech company
  • Proven project management and people management skills
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • MBA is highly desired
  • Background in fin-tech or high tech companies
