QA Analyst

We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our client’s team at a composable e-commerce company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and a strong background in quality assurance processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems, including ETL processes, Order Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Conduct thorough testing of ETL processes to validate data integrity and performance.
• Test and validate Order Management Systems, ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment.
• Evaluate Warehouse Management Systems to confirm they meet business and operational needs.
• Perform testing related to 3PL handoffs and integrations with third-party logistics partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
• Write advanced SQL queries for data validation and testing purposes.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and design.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA testing.
• Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries.
• Solid experience testing ETL, Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, and 3PL handoffs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry.
